On Friday, June 20, 2025, six students from AGCA Center Semarang visited KPTT Salatiga once again. This marked the second visit from AGCA Center Semarang. Accompanied by Jefry and Vena, who were patient and enthusiastic, they participated in the Field Trip and Overplanting activities. They were invited to explore the mini greenhouse, mushroom house, cow and pig enclosures, as well as fish ponds, edible frog ponds, and the newest addition: guinea pig breeding. The highlight of the day was when the children practiced overplanting tomato and chili pepper seedlings into a new growing medium—a mixture of soil, fertilizer, and sand—to ensure optimal growth.

KPTT Salatiga offers highly flexible and inclusive programs that are easily customizable to meet individual or organizational needs. The hands-on method is a key feature, engaging all senses during the learning process—making it especially effective for children with special needs. Through this approach, every participant learns firsthand how to care for plants and animals, making the learning experience more memorable and accessible. KPTT’s strength lies in its combination of integrated agricultural and livestock education, comprehensive facilities, and intensive guidance tailored to participants’ needs. As a result, participants gain not only theoretical knowledge but also build confidence, fostering a desire to remain actively involved in environmental conservation. Everything is oriented toward providing the best educational process.
